Early learning directory is available now

Parents and caregivers of young children interested in Early Learning may find an updated Early Learning Directory for Clallam County helpful in making informed choices for preschool-aged children.

Prevention Works! A Community Coalition of Clallam County and Parenting Matters Foundation worked together to update the 2015 Directory with details of all known preschools and other programs for families with young children.

Published first in 2009 and updated in 2011, the former Preschool Directory is now current for 2015 with contacts and important information so parents can make informed choices for their early learners.

The two sponsoring organizations are pleased to make the directory available at www.preventionworkscc.org and firstteacher.org/media/early-learning-directory.

Included are locations, program contacts, philosophy, costs and other details for a thorough listing of early learning programs from Sequim to Port Angeles to the West End of Clallam County. While not endorsing or recommending any program, directory organizers say efforts were made to contact all known programs across the county and record details families need to consider when choosing learning settings for their children.
